This meeting explored the impact of community violence on youth, families, and schools.

The meeting objectives:
  1. Understand community violence and the impact of trauma affecting youth, families, and school staff.
  2. Identify best practices on violence prevention models and programs for use in schools and communities.
  3. Explore community resources and share strategies that can utilized to develop supportive responses to community violence and trauma.
