Resources
In the DC CoP, we are constantly moving forward and growing with the community to provide support and space. Part of this process includes developing a wide variety of different resources that aim to further the expansion of school behavioral health in DC.
Meeting Archives
Every month of the school year, the DC CoP hosts a meeting where a new skill or new knowledge desired by the community members is shared. All meetings include a Padlet, which is a virtual message board with a wealth of information and resources shared by and with the community.
Tip Sheets
All tip sheets are developed by and for the DC CoP. They include a brief overview of a topic, as well as concrete tips and resources to implement best practices in their work.
Padlets
The DC CoP uses Padlets to collect and share a variety of resources, presentations, and videos on different subjects. They help us collaborate and share information from meetings, practice groups, and trainings.
Meeting Highlights
DC CoP meetings are often two hours long, so these highlights are shortened excerpts that allow for deepen learning on a specific topic.
School Behavioral Health Expansion
During School Year 2018-2019, Department of Behavioral Health began to implement DC’s phased expansion of multi-tiered school based behavioral health services in schools. We have collected resources to help school behavioral health teams expand their services.
If there is a resource topic that you would like to see but we don't currently have, you can email at [email protected] us to learn more!
