This meeting explored explored the strategies for students, teachers and families on transitioning back to school.
The meeting objectives:
- Introduce the key components for a positive transition back to school (e.g., relationship building, predictability, self-regulation).
- Discuss evidence-based and best practices related to self-regulation strategies that can be applied by school teams.
- Share engagement building strategies between students, families, schools, and the community through youth developed wellness tools (e.g., Virtual Wellness Centers).
