Families as Partners – February 26, 2020

This in-person meeting focused on learning how to bring families into schools as partners.

The meeting objectives:
  1. To explore evidence-based and promising strategies that promote meaningful engagement of families.

  2. To use the Fishbowl strategy to model important conversations that can deepen understanding of what it means to partner with families. 

  3. To share national and local resources on family engagement. 

  4. To showcase a successful family engagement strategy (e.g., Parent Café). 

  5. To advance the work of the Practice Groups and share next steps.
